Scraping results of sys/secartifacts.github.io from conferences.

options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  --conf_regex CONF_REGEX
                        Regular expression for conference name and or years
  --prefix PREFIX       Prefix of artifacts website like sys for sysartifacts
                        or sec for secartifacts
  --print               Print committees
